Summary

White Rhino is looking for an Account Manager, working under the direction of our Chief Strategy Officer, to play a critical role in managing client relationships and the day-to-day details of key accounts in the B2B and Healthcare industries.

As an Account Manager, you’ll work side-by-side with our internal Account Strategists to drive original qualitative research, develop creative briefs and digital strategies, lead content strategy and development, and manage creative resources – for the successful execution of a variety of marketing programs. There’s a good chance you’ll work on things you never (or always) dreamed of. From virtual reality to cutting edge digital web experiences.

Our ideal candidate is a passionate self-starter and strategic thinker with a strong appreciation for creative and technology. You will be working with internal and external project managers, designers, and developers to ensure the successful execution of projects and, ultimately, client satisfaction. Regular interaction with internal and external stakeholders makes strong writing and communication skills a must.

The Account Manager role at White Rhino is the first step in an accelerated career path to account strategy. We do not require any prior agency experience but are seeking someone who can demonstrate prior experience coordinating projects, asking the right questions to understand complex concepts, and identifying unique solutions to new challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Developing and maintaining strong client relationships;
  • Working with our Account Strategists to provide strategic counsel to clients, including the development of marketing, communications and media strategies and plans;
  • Capturing and communicating client needs in the form of creative project briefs and technical strategies.
  • Effectively manage digital and print projects and integrated multi-touch campaigns, including large scale website redesigns, microsite and app development, email and print campaigns, and other progressive digital experiences;
  • Work with project managers to establish and monitor individual project budgets and schedules, ensuring profitability across projects;
  • Facilitating meetings in a way that brings out the issues and resolves them;
  • Translating client need to internal and external resources and ensuring changes are properly addressed;
  • Monitor and manage performance metrics on individual projects;
